Biography
President of the Clarelis Group, which he founded in 2018 and for which he defines the strategy as a manager, Philippe Buerch ensures the growth of the two structures Clarelis Notaires and Clarelis Avocats. On a daily basis, he ensures the compliance of operations.
He is specifically in charge of assisting the group's top-tier clients and helping them to better consider their acquisition procedures, the implementation of acquisition vehicles in France, and the financing of their transactions.
He represents the group in France and abroad, particularly in Europe, Monaco and the Middle East.
He was a lecturer at the Sophia Antipolis IUP in real estate taxation and property law for 6 years, and also taught town planning and construction law to future notaries at the University of Aix Marseille III. He was a member of the Jury of the DESS Notary Law at the University of Nice.
He has accompanied numerous developers for years and was in charge of real estate operations for SEMs and municipalities, before specialising in banking law.
He has just completed a joint course at the Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris and the École Supérieure de Banque de Paris as part of a master's degree in real estate financing and operations.
